Entidex Bridge / Phone systems / Migration checklist

Free checklist · printable · co-brandable

Moving to Teams or 3CX: the migration checklist resellers forget.

Most migration plans cover handsets, licences and the cut-over date. These are the checks that get missed: the numbers, the analogue devices, the out-of-hours rules, the recordings, the emergency address and the proof afterwards. Work through them before, during and after the move.

29 checks in 5 groups. Vendor facts checked against the vendors' own pages on 16 October 2026. Ticks are remembered in this browser only; nothing is sent anywhere.

Survey is read-only and available now; write features are in development.

Resellers and MSPs: print or save as PDF. The printed copy has a space for your logo and details beside the Entidex Bridge name. Keep the Entidex Bridge name and the sources as printed, and add your own logo beside them, not over them.

01Before: numbers, lines and devices

What you have today, written down before anything is ordered.

02Before: licences and limits

The licence and plan decisions that set the cost and what the new system can do.

03Before: how calls are handled and recorded

The settings that live in the old system and nowhere else.

04During: cut-over day

Test from outside, one number at a time, and write down who tested what.

05After: prove it and tidy up

Prove the new system does what the old one did, then retire the old one.

How Entidex Bridge proves it afterwards. Migration Reconciliation is planned for spring 2027 and is not yet on sale. It is designed to read the old platform and the new one, read-only on both sides, and check every number, extension, group and out-of-hours rule against the new platform. It changes nothing on either system. How much can be read automatically depends on the platform and its licence (see support dates). The read-only survey, available now, is the written record of the old system to compare against: from £495 + VAT. Surveys ordered by 31 January 2027 are credited against Migration Reconciliation ordered within 60 days. Entidex Bridge sells no phone systems, lines or handsets, never ports numbers and never changes emergency routing.

Questions

Straight answers.

Anything else: hello@entidex.com.

Is this only for Teams and 3CX?

The vendor facts are for Microsoft Teams Phone and 3CX. The checks themselves apply to any move, including a hosted PBX or a new FreePBX. Entidex Bridge sells no phone systems, lines or handsets, and does not port numbers or change emergency routing.

Can I put my firm's name on it?

Yes. Print it or save it as a PDF. The printed copy has a space for your firm's logo and details beside the Entidex Bridge name. Keep the Entidex Bridge name and the sources as printed, and add your own logo beside them rather than over them. It is free to share and print.

When can Migration Reconciliation prove the move afterwards?

Migration Reconciliation is due in spring 2027 and is not on sale yet. We will not take an order for a product before it is ready. The read-only survey is available now and gives you the written record of the old system to compare against.

Does the checklist send my ticks anywhere?

No. Ticks are remembered in your browser only, on this device. Nothing is sent, and clearing the ticks removes them.
